This digital illustration series came to life during my years in the pacific islands. It represents the beauty and strength that Islanders carry. A strength that hasn't need to prove itself and yet doesn't stand in question. It's the strength of being raw & real and their hearts fire for voyaging beyond the horizon.

This Acrylic Painting is about the waiting, the days in the shadow valleys, and then as we hold on to hope we get to see the morning dawn, a guiding light. Sometimes might almost feel like a dream at first and yet more and more real if we don't give up.
